Albums
The heart and soul of Ayu’s career, the amazing albums chock full of original material. A true diva, Ayu constantly re-invents herself with every release, making collecting her work a real treat.
Singles
No one releases singles as consistently as Ayumi Hamasaki. With a career stretching back to 1998 (when singles were still issued on mini-discs!), Ayu has released over 40 singles, making her the best selling solo artist and female artist in the history of Japan’s music industry.
Although Japan still has a CD single market, some artists have begun releasing special digital-exclusive singles. Ayu releases most of her singles in both formats, digital-exclusives are still a possibility in the future.

Known for her epic tours and extensive library of promotional videos, much of Ayumi Hamasaki’s career has been captured on video.

As one of the biggest artists in Asia, Ayu’s work has been released outside of her native Japan–even in Europe under the name “Ayu”. Additionally, while headlining her own tour of Asian arenas, Ayu partakes in management company Avex’s annual summer concert series, a-nation. These are not listed in her official discoraphy but are nonetheless official music products.
