A BEST 2 –WHITE– on US iTunes

That strange “evo­lu­tion” sin­gle with A BEST 2 –WHITE– cover art was removed a few days ago and has now been replaced with the entire A BEST 2 –WHITE– album!

Mirrorcle World and 10th Anniversary Promotion

Now that her first remix albums in five years have been released, Ayu’s offi­cial site has taken the next step in hyp­ing Mir­ror­cle World, her 10th Anniver­sary sin­gle. The site has updated with stream­ing and down­load­able ver­sions of the Mir­ror­cle World com­mer­cial, which includes the newly unveiled 10th Anniver­sary logo.

Unconventional US iTunes Update

Ayu’s clas­sic Boys & Girls sin­gle has been added to iTunes, as has a new “Evo­lu­tion — Sin­gle” fea­tur­ing the art­work from A BEST 2 –WHITE– this dig­i­tal sin­gle is sep­a­rate from the orig­i­nal evo­lu­tion sin­gle (also avail­able) and con­tains a sin­gle song.

GUILTY Goes West; Ayu soon to follow?

Sponichi Annex has posted an inter­est­ing arti­cle about Ayu’s career over­seas. Although the main focus was the in-depth involve­ment of West­ern DJs on ayu-mi-x 6, the arti­cle did give us one inter­est­ing tidbit:

今年の元日に発売したアルバム「ＧＵＩＬＴＹ」の収録曲は１２日に、日本人アーティスト史上最多タイとなる世界２５カ国へ配信されることが決定。うち欧米諸国は１９カ国となっている

The album GUILTY, released New Years Day of this year, will be released in 25 addi­tional coun­tries on the 12th. 19 of these will be West­ern nations.

Mark you cal­en­dars! It’ll be inter­est­ing to see what comes of this article–if anything.
